Joseph Hubbard is a civil litigator who has tried and won numerous cases in jury and bench trials across the state of Tennessee. He represents individual and corporate clients in both state and federal courts with an emphasis on commercial litigation, transportation litigation, tort litigation, and real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Hubbard graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Tennessee Law Review. As an undergraduate student, Mr. Hubbard was named a Torchbearer recipient - the University of Tennessee's highest student award for scholarship and leadership.

Since 2013, Mr. Hubbard has served as a member of the board for the Nashville Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. He served on the board of the Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court and was a member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville, a nonprofit comprised of young professional men who raise money for the benefit of disadvantaged youth. He has volunteered more than 130 hours at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, and is an avid volunteer for many community events in the Nashville area.

Before joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Hubbard served as a judicial clerk for two years with the Honorable Richard H. Dinkins on the Tennessee Court of Appeals, where he assisted in drafting appellate opinions involving a wide-range of procedural and substantive legal issues.
