Mr. Wojcik’s litigation practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial, construction, insurance and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts. He has received favorable verdicts for his clients in trial and appellate courts. He also counsels and advises businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations on various tax matters.
Mr. Wojcik graduated from Vanderbilt Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Entertainment Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in sociology and philosophy from the University of Minnesota.
Mr. Wojcik is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for Middle Tennessee and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Wojcik currently serves on the boards of directors for Autism Tennessee and his collegiate fraternity.
Mr. Wojcik received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 2008, and graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2014. While at Vanderbilt, he was an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology and graduated from the law school’s Law and Business Program. His practice primarily focuses on construction and real estate litigation. Mr. Wojcik currently serves on the board of directors for Autism Tennessee and his collegiate fraternity.
