Mr. Sharrett joined the firm as an Associate in 2022. Mr. Sharrett's practice focuses on complex litigation, construction defect defense, and real property disputes. Before joining Kay Griffin, his practice was focused on healthcare litigation and regulatory work, working directly with physicians, physicians groups, and nursing home care providers. Representation of these providers included medical malpractice defense, long-term care defense, prisoner civil rights claims against physicians, and healthcare board investigations.

Mr. Sharrett has been recognized as one the “Best Lawyers in America,” Ones to Watch, since 2021.
